Transport

Shuttle, spacecraft and the warp-jump system

personal spacecraft

Official screenshots show a docked orange shuttle with interior benches and a clustered white spacecraft with four burning engines. The Early Access FAQ still lists a personal spacecraft, warp-jump system, and small flying and ground vehicles as remaining work. This page splits current cabin art from planned vehicles so you do not treat a screenshot as a finished hangar. The cabin photograph is exclusive here; the clustered spacecraft still is shared with home and Early Access. Two stills, four records. Docked shuttle cabin is in Early Access art. Clustered spacecraft is marketing of flight. Personal spacecraft and warp-jump are FAQ remaining work. Small flying and ground vehicles are the other remaining transport. That split is the whole page.

personal spacecraft

planned-for-full

Steam's remaining-work row names personal spacecraft and warp-jump; this chapter does not ship them.

small flying and ground vehicles

planned-for-full

Named in the Steam EA FAQ as a major remaining part of the game.

Official screenshot shows an orange shuttle with interior benches docked in a station; treat as current EA vehicle/habitat art, not a named official vehicle ID.

Store tags cite building and crafting; news copy adds ship progression. Personal transport is scheduled for the first update after Early Access, not for the current stills.

Docked shuttle cabin

The official still shows an orange-and-white shuttle with open rear doors, quilted orange benches and a console, docked in a station bay. Treat it as current Early Access vehicle or habitat art, not as a named official vehicle ID. Steam never prints a chassis name on that screenshot.

Babe’s cabin still uses the same quilted benches, which is why crew and shuttle share a visual family without sharing a vehicle id. Sit, talk, fly later. Do not log a speed stat.

Quilted orange benches show up in the Babe cabin still as well, which is a visual rhyme, not a confirmation that Babe owns the shuttle. Open rear doors and a console are what the photograph contains. No airspeed, no fuel gauge, no registration number.

Section cabin on /shuttle/ stays bound to that first-party record and the media id listed for this route, with no invented extra stats.

Clustered spacecraft

Another official still shows a white clustered spacecraft with four burning engines passing a large blue planet, a grey moon and a distant body. It is bound to home, this page and Early Access. It is marketing of flight, not a schematic with module HP.

Store tags mention building, crafting and, in news, ship progression. The first post-EA update is promised to add personal transport. Until that update ships, this still is the flying picture you can actually cite.

Four burning engines and a blue planet are composition, not a flight model. The still is also on home and Early Access, so this page uses it as the flying picture while the cabin still stays exclusive here. Quote the engines; do not invent thrust.

Personal spacecraft and warp-jump

The EA FAQ still lists a personal spacecraft and a warp-jump system as transport that has not shipped yet, rather than a secret parked behind the finished game. Small flying and ground vehicles are named as a major remaining part of the game. Order may change. Planetary surface areas are also on that remaining list.

If a creator titles a video as if warp-jump is already in the 31 August build, check News. The launch post is explicit: this is Early Access, not the finished game with complete story and polish. Vehicles you cannot buy on the store page yet are not missing files; they are scheduled work.

Warp-jump system is a FAQ noun. Ground vehicles and flying vehicles are the planetary-surface transport still ahead. Order may change, which is Steam’s own hedge in that FAQ. A calendar date for any of it was not published. News will date the first personal-transport update when it ships. June 2026 already said that update was in progress with personal transport, lore, more location, the Man’s progression, new NPCs and important mechanics. Until that post becomes a patch note with a vehicle name, the docked cabin still and the clustered spacecraft still are the only official flying pictures. Do not treat a YouTube thumbnail of the 2025 demo as a hangar.

Ship management in marketing

News copy talks about the Man’s progression and new mechanics in the first post-EA update, including personal transport. Building is named on Steam's full-release difference list. None of that is a published upgrade grid with costs.

Use this page to know what art exists now and what the FAQ still promises. Use Early Access for price, platforms and the 16–20 month window. Use The Outskirts for the chapter you can actually walk.

Shipbuilder is an achievement joke about imagination versus the ship, not a confirmation that hangar management is already deep. Hangar depth is not proven by that joke. Use Early Access for the 16–20 month window and this page for the pictures you can cite now. The clustered spacecraft still is shared with home and Early Access; the docked cabin still is exclusive here, which is why the hangar photograph stays on this URL.
